Sen. Harding Statement on Passing of John F. Droney

Sen. Stephen Harding issued the following statement regarding the passing of John F. Droney, a lawyer who was been a key player for decades in Connecticut politics.

“For several decades, John Droney was highly respected from people on both sides of the aisle for his insight and intellect. A centrist Democrat and a JFK Democrat, he was never shy about discussing politics and his views about his political party. We thank him for his service, and our thoughts are with his family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.”
