“An Inspiration.” CT GOP Statement on Passing of Rabbi Lazowski

The CT Senate Republican caucus issued the following statement regarding the passing of Rabbi Philip Lazowski:

“He was an inspiration to tens of thousands of people of all ages and faiths.

Rabbi Lazowski was a teacher. He spread a message of kindness and love and forgiveness.

His public service as chaplain to the state Senate and his work to help pass legislation requiring genocide and Holocaust education in Connecticut schools are an enduring legacy.

Our thoughts are with Rabbi Lazowski’s friends and loved ones.”
