“Weak.” Sen. Harding Statement on CT Jobs Report

Sen. Stephen Harding issued the following statement regarding today’s release of the March 2026 employment report which revealed that the state gained a mere 100 jobs.

“Weak. Paltry. Anemic.

Where’s the job growth?

Meanwhile, Connecticut Democrats at the State Capitol are hyper-focused on passing anti-cop bills and attacking homeschooling families.

The Democrats’ priority isn’t growing our economy. Their priority isn’t lowering electricity bills, reducing taxes or lowering the cost of health care.

And nothing is going to change until we have balance in Hartford.

Can’t afford Connecticut…can’t afford Connecticut Democrats.”
