Sen. Harding: “Burdensome property taxes are crushing working families across CT”

Sen. Stephen Harding issued the following statement regarding the CT House Republicans’ press conference today:

“The Connecticut House Republicans are spot-on: Burdensome property taxes are crushing working families across Connecticut.

The Senate Republican Caucus is open to virtually any type of tax relief and any relief on our electricity bills.

Meanwhile, Democrats continue pushing policies to make Connecticut more unaffordable.

We are going in the wrong direction under one-party rule, and Democrats at the State Capitol own the affordability crisis.”
