Still No PURA Chair; Sens. Harding & Fazio: “We Need Leadership.”

Sen. Stephen Harding and Sen. Ryan Fazio today issued the following statement:

“We are now going on a week without a PURA Chair and five years without five members on the board as required by law.

Gov. Lamont keeps saying that energy prices are his top priority, but he hasn’t appointed a new chair or all five members.

This continues to put our residents and energy policy at risk.

We need leadership.”
