Sen. John A. Kissel earned a near-perfect 90 % score.

No Senate Democrats scored higher than 75 %.

“The CBIA score card sends a crystal clear message,” Sen. Republican Leader Stephen Harding said. “Our entire Connecticut Senate Republican caucus is pro-jobs, pro-economic growth, and pro-employers. Our entire Senate Republican caucus is listening to job creators and their concerns about high taxes, high electricity bills, and burdensome regulations. Simply put: the Connecticut Senate Republicans have the business community’s back.

Our entire Connecticut Senate Republican caucus is being recognized by a respected organization which represents thousands of large and small employers in Connecticut. We will continue to share our pro-business message at the State Capitol and in each of our senate districts.

Our entire Connecticut Senate Republican caucus thanks CBIA for all it does to be the voice of Connecticut’s job creators, and we will continue working to reduce and eliminate burdens on job creators and working families.”
