Overdose Awareness Day Statement from CT Senate GOP

In advance of the National Overdose Awareness Day Observance on Sunday, Aug. 31, Sen. Heather Somers, Sen. Jeff Gordon and Sen. Stephen Harding issued the following statement:

“This crisis has touched everyone. People from all backgrounds, all religions… and it is not political.

This is a crisis of humanity.

Working together, we can prevent tragedies.

We must never relent from this mission to save lives.”
