CT GOP Senators’ Statement on FAA Restricting NJ Drone Flights

Sen. Tony Hwang, Sen. Paul Cicarella, Sen. Jeff Gordon and Sen. Stephen Harding issued the following statement regarding the Federal Aviation Administration temporarily restricting drone flights over “critical New Jersey infrastructure” at the request of what it described as “federal security partners.”

“What about Connecticut?

What about critical Connecticut infrastructure?

Will the same New Jersey flight restrictions be implemented here or not?

This is another example of a lack of information and communication surrounding these unsettling sightings.

Republicans will continue to demand transparency and answers. The public deserves that.”
