Sen. Kelly Statement on FEMA Amending Disaster Declaration for August Storm

Sen. Kevin Kelly, who represents Monroe and Seymour, today issued the following statement regarding FEMA amending the major disaster declaration for the August storm to include the public assistance program.

“It is more positive news for area families, individuals, and employers throughout our region.   It’s critical for the ongoing recovery. It will expedite the team effort to rebuild key infrastructure. I thank the governor and our federal delegation for their continued commitment to help the people of Monroe and Seymour.”
