Sen. Seminara Statement on CT Child Advocate Sarah Eagan

Sen. Lisa Seminara, Ranking Republican Senator on the Committee on Children, issued the following statement on Sarah Eagan announcing she is stepping down as the state’s Child Advocate.

“I would like to express my gratitude to Sarah for her service to the people of Connecticut. When I think about her, words like diligent, smart, independent-minded, solution-oriented, and passionate about policy are what come to mind. Sarah has always worked well on a bipartisan basis, and I have always appreciated her candor and professionalism. Although I will miss working with Sarah, I wish her nothing but success in all her future endeavors.”
