CT GOP Senators “sick of our state being a national punch line”
July 11, 2024
Sen. Republican Leader Stephen Harding and Sen. Rob Sampson, Ranking Senator on the Government Administration and Elections Committee today issued the following statement about the ongoing court cases and headlines regarding suspected voter fraud in Bridgeport.
“Connecticut Republicans are sick of our state being a national punch line. Republicans will continue to speak directly with Connecticut residents to get them active, informed and speaking out for much-needed changes to our currently toothless election integrity laws. Contrast that with the deafening silence from Connecticut Democrats. Under one-party Democrat rule, the ballot fraud, the denial of its existence, and the punch lines will continue.”
