from CT Chiropractic Association

Sen. Lisa Seminara has been recognized by the Connecticut Chiropractic Association (CTChiro) for her legislative efforts in support of patient choice and improving access to chiropractic services.

“I am grateful for this recognition,” said Sen. Seminara, who serves as the Ranking Member to the legislature’s Human Services Committee. “I am always touched when receiving recognition for hard work, and I do my best to fairly and fiercely represent and advocate for the best interests of my constituents.  As state senator, it is a priority for me to support healthcare professionals and patients, and I remain focused on passing bipartisan healthcare policies which give consumers a wide range of choices and options for their care. CTChiro’s advocacy at the State Capitol is helping to expand access to chiropractic patients throughout the 8th Senate District and across Connecticut. The efforts of chiropractic professionals to alleviate pain without medication helps reduce opioid addiction and costly surgeries.”
