Senator Sampson offers amendments to discontinue a $12 hidden tax on homeowner insurance policies, known as the Healthy Homes Fund. He explains how the fund was created in 2018 as temporary assistance for homeowners affected by crumbling foundations. The fund has since fulfilled its intended purpose.
