Sen. Sampson Defends Local Control, Private Property Owners (4/26/22)

Senator Sampson examines what is included in S.B. 291, which he reveals to be state government mandates on towns and property owners that are buried inside.

 

The bill proposes to expand one’s ability to host child daycares for up to 12 children in a private residence–including one that is rented–regardless of existing local zoning regulations. As such, Sen. Sampson goes on to expose its negative implications for local control, zoning regulations, and town governments.
