Sen. Sampson Letter to Gov. Lamont on Exec Order 7D – COVID-19 Business Closures

“Today, State Representative Gale Mastrofrancesco and I sent a letter to Governor Lamont regarding our concerns with Executive Order 7D which mandated the closing of certain businesses until April 30th. How will this affect employees and businesses in the long-term and short-term?
