CCSU President Resigns: Sen. Martin Statement

Sen. Henri Martin (R-Bristol), Ranking Senator on the legislature’s Higher Education and Employment Advancement Committee, issued the following statement regarding Zulma Toro resigning as president of Central Connecticut State University.

“It’s been one scandal after another at CSCU.
